The second step is creating a simple site that sells. Having a website is still crucial in 2024. In fact, 70% of clients will still Google you even after they see a paid ad. Most people will click a link and then go to the top of that window, move the rest of the URL, and go back to your homepage. This is why having a professional and well-structured website is so important.

Creating a simple site that sells is less complicated than it seems. You need 10 essential pages: a home page, an about page, a work with me page, a contact page, a landing page, a privacy policy, terms and conditions, a thank you page, and a sales page.

You also need a nurture sequence of 4-5 emails that automatically follow up with a potential client, a thank you page, and an invite to connect with you.

If you are just starting, find something that you are exceptionally good at, that you can offer as a service. This is going to be your easiest way to those consistent 2-5K months.
